Ming Elhard was overcome with emotion last week as she received a plaque recognizing the service of her late husband, Terry Elhard.

Terry Elhard died suddenly in November after 34 years as McIntosh County State’s Attorney.

Sheriff Laurie Spitzer Heupel and County Commissioner Neil Meidinger made the presentation.
