Tarika Srinivasan first rode a tricycle as a toddler in Ashley, ND. Now she is biking over 4,500 miles from Austin, TX to Anchorage, AK. Her goal is to fundraise $7,000 for cancer research and to honor those who have suffered from cancer.
The ride begins June 1.
Tarika, 19, is a 2018 member of The University of Texas at Austin’s Texas 4000 team. Formed in 2004, Texas 4000 is the largest annual student-led charity bike ride in the world. They have raised over $8 million for cancer research projects and support services.
