Since her arrival in April, Ashley Medical Center administrator Holly Wolff has spent much of her time mapping out a path forward for the hospital.

Wolff's vision for Ashley Medical Center includes improving the hospital-community relationship through on-going interaction with community members.

“I want to improve the trust others have in the community for the hospital, as well as encourage employees to bring problems to me, helping me to understand their position and getting to know them,” she said.

Wolff's background is with rural communities similar to Ashley, having been raised in northern Montana. She has also lived in rural areas close to Spokane, Washington.

Wolff and her husband, Josh, have two sons, seven and nine; both are enrolled in the Ashley Public School system. The family recently bought the former Bud Overbo home.
