The North Dakota Crop Improvement Association has honored Sandy Werth, of Lehr, with its Distinguished Service Award.

Werth was recognized during the association's annual conference, held recently in Minot.

The award is presented to an individual who has given their time and service to the State Seed Department and to their community.
